Want to return an item for exchange or store credit? 
Then just send us an email or use the contact form on our website with youre name & order number , we will get back to you within 48 hours Mon-Fri. 

 

All items are ONLY available for exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty. 
Please note - You are accepting these terms when purchasing from us. 

All returns must be sent back within 7 days , they must be completely un-used & show no signs of use or wear & tear otherwise they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

If An item / order has been deemed faulty once returned back to us & you have been offered a refund , Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to show/clear in you’re account. You will be refunded via you’re original method of payment.
